Who have I become?
Having witnessed first-hand how untreated mental health issues can impact entire family systems over multiple generations, I cannot emphasise strongly enough the importance and value of reflecting on the influence of our childhood experiences in shaping who we are as adults; our beliefs about ourselves, others and the world.
I support individuals, couples, groups and children of all ages who are experiencing difficulties.
